Please allow a maximum of three business days for dispatch. Standard domestic (from €2), international and registered postage fees apply at checkout. Standard shipping rates are dependent on the items you purchase, for earrings please choose the small items rate, for headbands and bags please choose the large item rate or we will be unable to deliver your item. 

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days, which begins on the day that you receive the goods. In the case of a service, the cooling-off period begins on the day the contract for distance selling was concluded. We ask customers who are exercising this right to please return the goods unused and in their original packaging. Should you wish to return an item please contact us through our Contact page with your name, address and details of your purchase.

Outside of the “cooling off” period exchange and returns policy applies. Exchanges and Returns are only valid when we are notified within 14 days of receipt and the item is returned within 14 days.
